La Cave Sabatie is located 10 minutes away from Limoux and 30 from Carcassone (Malvies). However, it\'s the perfect place if you are willing to get away from the touristic hordes found in Carcassone castle. The owner is very friendly and will try to help you sharing her maps and advice on where to go. We got there on a cloudy day, but I am sure the terrace is perfect to chill out on a sunny day. We were also lucky that no one else was staying in the house, so we had the whole house for ourselves Mariano, from Spain ~ 12th Apr 2012
