Welcome to Hi Property Caminhos da Chapada, we are ranked among the top 10 Hi Properties in Brazil in 2012 season according to the website of the Youth Properties.
We are located in the city of Palmeiras in the heart of the Chapada Diamantina. Here you will find a different hosting with all the comfort and warmth that is central to our policy of assistance!
The Hi Property Caminhos da Chapada is located in a century-old house where he was the principal seat of the diamond trade in the region and also the old Baker Hotel was founded in 1967, known as the chief guest of drummers passing through the Chapada Diamantina. The environment gives our guest a feeling of being at home!
Nine rooms are thirty-six beds, private rooms with and without bathrooms and dorms with male and female toilets. The use of internet for guests is free and we have WiFi, making it more comfortable to stay for those who also come to work.
We have two kitchens, one to the property and one for the youth property besides laundry that is also for use of the youth property, the buffet breakfast is regional and hearty, served in an environment with approximately 100m of clear span giving a sense of well-being to our guest.
This same place is a wonderful recreational area with table games and decorated with local handicrafts and ornamental plants.
In our private car park, are several species of fruit trees and a cozy corner to rest next to a charming, colorful garden.
We have living room with TV channels Via Embratel.
Our service is bilingual, and we have several options for tours with local guides extremely qualified and knowledgeable in the area.
If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

If you book between December 15th and March 15th you will be charged 50% in advance in order to secure your booking (non refundable), you may be contacted by the property requesting the CVV code of the credit card used for this booking or asked for a deposit.
