Lo tenemos todo. Buena localización, empleados super amables, camas cómodas, precios muy asequibles, y un ambiente activo e internacional. Estamos en un edificio del siglo XVIII, en el centro del casco histórico, en una de las calles más vanguardistas de Edimburgo, a tan sólo 50 metros de Royal Mile y a 2 minutos a pie desde la estación de tren y el bus que va al aeropuerto. Por todo ello, estamos perfectamente situados para explorar toda la vida cultural y nocturna que Edimburgo tiene que ofrecerte.

Tenemos limpios y espaciosos dormitorios y algunas habitaciones privadas, localizadas en nuestro edificio principal. Algunas de ellas cuentan con increíbles vistas de Cockburn Street o del skyline de Edimburgo. En otros dos edificios de la misma calle tenemos muchas habitaciones privadas más, separadas por pisos. Éstas suelen ser un poco más tranquilas y son muy populares entre parejas y grupos pequeños.

El hostal cuenta con recepción 24 horas, y no hay toque de queda, así que eres libre para explorar la ciudad (y sus discotecas y bares) hasta altas horas de la mañana. También tenemos una cocina autoservicio, sala de billar, sala de estar con TV por satélite...Si no te gusta cocinar, tenemos un café-bar anexo al hostal llamado Southern Cross Café, donde podrás relajarte, tomar algo o conectarte a internet. Tenemos un extenso menú de bebidas que ofrecerte. Todos los huéspedes, además, tienen un 15% de descuento.

Set in an 18th-century building in the centre of the historic Old Town, we are 50 metres from the Royal Mile and less than two minutes' walk from the train station and airport shuttle bus. We're ideally situated for all the city's best attractions and nightlife.

We have clean and spacious dormitories and a few private rooms in our main building. We also have a large number of other private rooms housed in self-catering apartments in two separate buildings on the same street.

Facilities include a kitchen, a pool room and a chill-out room with Sky television.

We operate a 24-hour reception and do not have a curfew.

For bookings during Hogmanay, your credit card will be charged the outstanding amount shortly after the booking is made. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the arrival date shall not receive any refund. During the month of August, the hostel will charge your card the full amount one month before arrival. If you will be arriving in less than a month the charge will be made within 24hrs. Cancellations made up to seven days before the arrival date shall receive a 75% refund. Cancellations made less than seven days before arrival shall not receive any refund. There is a £10 key deposit for all guests. We accept all major credit/debit cards, but do charge a minimum 50 pence transaction fee, with a credit card charge of 2%. Photo ID (drivers licence, passport) is required to check in to the hostel. If youÂÂ're unable to produce photo ID on arrival we will not honour your booking. Check-in: 2pm. Check out: 10am. We have a 48hr cancellation policy. Late cancellations shall be charged the equivalent of the first nightÂÂ's accommodation. No-shows shall be charged the full amount of the reservation. Groups of six or more people may be subject to a £20/person security deposit which will be refunded upon departure, pending a room check and appropriate behaviour. Smoking is now illegal in all public places; thus, the hostel is 100% non-smoking. There is a minimum charge of £50 if you smoke in this hostel.
