Great value basic accommodation in the very heart of Edinburgh city centre. Only five minutes from train and bus stations. Excellent location!

No smoking or pets allowed. Reception hours 1300 - 2300 only. Late arrivals arranged in advance only for a fee. All groups of 8 or more are required to place a £20 per person deposit.
