Mansion Festivals- Fountainbridge is a purpose built student accommodation block, consisting of 331 bedrooms in arrangements of 4, 5 & 6-bed flats. Ideal for renting out the whole apartment or for one room lettings for leisure or business stays. Each flat has its own kitchen and living room and bathrooms to share. The 6-bed apartment has 3 double beds.

The accommodation is arranged over five upper floors and can be accessed from West Tollcross where there is an entrance lobby, management hospitality office, 24 hour security cover, and access to all floors. Excellent living areas, with leather sofas, coffee table, breakfast bar area, microwave, kettle and two fridge freezers in every apartment to accommodate all your needs for the duration of your stay.

Each room comes with a fantastic space with desk, chair, vanity unit and double beds. There is also a laundry room for those of you that run out of clean clothes during your stay!

If you need to avail of our free on-site parking. This must be booked in advance as spaces are limited.



Check in to the property is between the hours of 3pm to 11pm. Check out is by 11am on the day of departure. Even though parking is at a premium in Edinburgh city centre we offer guests the option of on-site car parking free of charge. You will need to be quick though as these are limited to 40 parking spaces and are on a first come first served basis.
