The �ncora Residence offers ample space for you and your family to enjoy your vacation with comfort. Excellent rooms of 2, 4 and 10 dormitories and studios. There is space for leisure with a BBQ and swimming pool, all of this for the best price!
We are located on the east coast of the Santa Catarina island state, in one of the most beautiful regions: Florian�polis. Nearby are Galheta, Mo�ambique, Mole and Joaquina beaches and the Concei��o Lagoon. Barra da Lagoa is very picturesque, and has a 7km white sand and clean waters beach.
700 m from the beach, the Pousada �ncora Residencial provides its guests with an unforgetable stay at the sea, mountains and lagoon.

Please note that Twin Private rooms are only bookable for 2 people together; i.e. we unfortunately do not accept one person bookings for these rooms.
If you have to cancel your booking, you must do it at least 48hrs before arrival.

Family run pousada, very helpful and friendly staff despite my lack of Portuguese (we settled on a Portuguese/Spanish/English hybrid language). Was able to book for only a few nights around new years here (which is what I wanted) instead of the "minimum 7 nights" deal most hostels in Florianopolis do around this time. 10-15 minutes walk into town and to the beach.
