PERCH provides fully-furnished studio flats of different sizes. All rooms are newly renovated and with big and bright windows. The rent paid includes water bills, electricity bills, Wi-Fi and one cleaning service per week. There is no extra cost to the rent you pay. All you need to do is moving in with your suitcase.
