Absolutely new, small and cozy property, run by family, opened after full renovation, located in the very heart of Kaunas. Only a short walk from the Old Town, on the city's most popular pedestrian street - Laisvės Alėja, which boasts numerous cafes, shops, bars and restaurants. Biggest shopping center in Kaunas (Akropolis) and Kaunas Zalgiris arena just in 800 meters. 6 rooms, 3 showers (one for every two rooms). The rooms at Property Lux feature high ceilings and large windows. There is a table with chairs in each of them and bathroom facilities are shared between two rooms. Free Wi-Fi is also offered. There is a small common kitchen in the property where guests have use of a refrigerator, a toaster, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. In the common room guests can watch TV .
