Lanta house is located at the center of Saladan Village or what they called �the shopping center�. In here, you can find restaurants, internet cafes, travel agencies and diving shops with just a few steps from our guesthouse.
It is a simple guesthouse, a clean and a very comfortable place to stay. It was provided and is suitable for those friendly backpackers who want to save money while enjoying their holiday here in Lanta. We offer you a very low price in which we knew that everybody can afford. Rooms are equipped with air condition. All are non- smoking rooms with double bed. Bathroom are shared .We offer you also unlimited Wi-Fi which can be used 24 hours, and complimentary that includes everyday coffee & tea
our guesthouse is a walking distance. It�s just 5 minutes walk from the pier and about 10 minutes walk from where the minibus will drop you�!

Close to (Northern/main) ferry, far from everything else, though. Great value for the money clean A/C private room, with shared bath. If you want to party at the beach, it's a bit far but cheap motorbikes are abundant in the area. If you want to be close to the ferry (transitioning to other islands) it's perfect. Book early if you want the cheaper rooms - they book out fast! Staff is not exactly helpful, or friendly for that matter. But, overall, not a bad place at all. John, from USA ~ 1st Apr 2013

Cheap, nice personal and the rooms are good for the price but lack sound-proofing. People respected this during our stay, keep earplugs close by just in case though. Located in the very center of Saladan where the dive shops and tourist shopping is. "Long" way to the beaches and resorts. We liked the stay at Lanta House but hated Koh Lanta in general, easier to get Swedish food than real Thai food =( If we wanted drunk Swedes everywhere we wouldn't leave Sweden.
