Green shore is one of the more modern hotels situated at lighthouse beach Kovalam in the beautiful Kerala region of South India known as Gods own country.

Opened in 2004 Green shore offers some of the most modern and up to date accommodation with both a/c and non a/c rooms available. All rooms are en-suite and include TV and Refrigerator as standard as well as ceiling fans in all rooms.

Set amongst coconut palms and with stunning sea views Green shore has a quite, peace full and relaxing atmosphere with a five minuet walk to two of the worlds famous golden sandy beaches of Lighthouse Beach and Rockholm beach which offer safe bathing in warm clear waters and Lifeguards stationed along the beaches all year round.

Lighthouse Beach has many excellent restaurants to choose from with cuisines from around the world, the local specialty of fresh fish,fruit,vegetables and seafood delivered daily from the local fishing harbour of Vizhinjam or caught in nets from the beach is a spectacle to see with the local ladies walking along the beach with baskets of produce on their heads and the chanting of the fishermen working their nets.

Greenshore is situated close to the Light house and a short distance from two beaches namely the world famous Light house beach and also the smaller Rockholm beach giving it a unique position of being quite and relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of the promenade.
