Guests are expected to check-in within 4hours of their flight/bus/train or other mode of transportation of their ETA(estimate time arrival). Please advise Travellers Palm of any delays beyond this time, or we will consider of cancelling your booking and your rooms will be opened for other bookings.

staff is really great, easy-going and reasonable, atmosphere is pleasant, the place is super clean, very cool place! there are several hostels all on the same street and this one definitely has the best vibes. dont take my word tho, check it our for yourself!! david, from USA ~ 25th Nov 2012
