our proprety is right down the street from the train station,only two minutes walk,10 minutes by train to CINQUE TERRE.All the rooms have ensuite bathroomwith hairdryer,AC,TV and fridge.Just across is internet point and a loundry,we are just at the begining of the pedastrian area where the most restaurants and bars are.10 minutes walk to the port where ferry to cinque terre,palmaria isle and portofino leave.

Our proprerty has a no smoking policy.

Starting from the 01 March 2012 the Municipality of La Spezia has established the Tourist TAX with city council resolution n^ 7 of the 15/02/2012.For this accomodation facility the tax amounts to Euro 1,50 per person per night.So please note that you have to pay 1.50 per per person per night in addition to your bill.Thank you for understanding.
