Not as bad as people previously rated it. It was decent and clean (yes there could be bugs) and reception staff were nice (if you speak at least some Spanish). This is Guanacaste, don't expect a 5-star hotel for the price you pay. Felix Manothay, from Canada ~ 19th Feb 2013
