CANCELLATION POLICIES:
• Any cancellations must be notified directly to the hostel at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled arrival time, otherwise the total of the first nights accommodation will be charged to your credit card. If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, then the deposit for that night will be not be refunded or transferred.
• If you don't show the day you booked then the hostel has the right to charge to your credit card the first amount of you stay and cancel the rest of the days of your booking.
• On Fridays, Saturdays and High Season, if you are arriving later than you expected when you first booked, then , please get in contact with our hostel to say the new arrival time.
• Bookings using PayPal will have to call one day before arrival date to confirm the arrival otherwise the hostel will have the right to cancel the booking on the date of arrival.
• RECEPTION SERVICE: From 8:00 am to Midnight. If you are about to arrive after midnight you have to contact the hostel and you may have to pay an extra fee depending on the arrival time.
• Don't forget to print a copy of your booking and show it when you check in.
