Hotel San Tomaso is located in the centre of Milan, close to the central railway station. Piazza Duomo is just 3 minutes away by subway, and the Milan Fair just 8 minutes. Porto Venezia subway itself is only 10 metres from the hotel, putting all of Milan's sights within easy reach. We are also surrounded by plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities.

Overall, the stay was great!The staff was friendly, and even upgraded our room for free (from shared bathroom to private bathroom)!The room was very clean and quiet.The only problem we had, although it was kind of a big problem, was the mattress.The mattress springs were digging into my body all night, even causing my arm to fall asleep several times.Difficult to sleep comfortably.But, for the price, location, friendliness, and cleanliness, it was worth it.Definitely recommended! The location was good, near central station and near the metro. You can walk to Duomo too, it will take 15-20min. Staff was friendly and helpfull. I absolutely recommend this hostel! I´d be there again for sure! Aimee, from Peru ~ 26th Sep 2011
