I arrived in Santiago at midnight, after traveling 40 hours via airplane. The taxi driver couldn\\\'t even find the hostel at the address given on this web site. Upon calling I was told there was no reservation and no rooms available. I was left standing in the pouring rain with nowhere for the night. Obviously not happy with either the hostel on Hostels.com Bruce, from USA ~ 22nd Aug 2012
