We're also near the Royal Palace and garden, 50m from the Siem Reap River.

All of our staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Our receptionist, waiter and tuk-tuk driver all have many years of experience in tourism.

We booked a five bed family room on Hostels.com, arrived got our key and were sent to a room without a lock, just a big hole. We pushed the door opened, a horrible smell came surprised us, and there was a man sleeping in one of (our) beds. He just said that we couldn\'t stay there. Instead they tried to to divide us up, 4 of us in one room, and 1 alone, saying that they would fix everything the next day.
