Split property 'Fiesta Siesta' is located in Diocletian palace which is a 5 min walk from bus, fairy & train terminals. Please print out our map to avoid doing happy laps. The palace is UNESCO listed therefore no signage is allowed. FROM THE MAIN BUS STATION (same location as the Ferry Port and the Train Station): Once you arrive by bus, ferry, or train walk north up the road towards the Palace (make sure the water is on your left side) until you reach the intersection at the very beginning of the promenade. Turn right (Hrvojeva Street), you will see a lot of souvenir stalls/market on the street. Walk through the markets alongside the Palace wall until you see a big stone archway gate to your left – Silver Gate. Go though and continue past Peristil Square with St. Duje Cathedral (big bell tower) and for another 60 meters until you reach the another big archway straight ahead with a sun dial leading into a wide, open square (Narodni Trg – also known as the Pjaca). Here you turn right and follow the street up Bosanska street. After 50m you will pass Nona's pizzeria and then a few doors up is KEKO bakery where you turn left on to Kruziceva Street.
The easiest way to get to the hostel is to take the airport shuttle, it takes you directly to the main bus station. From there, it is a ten minute walk to our hostel in old town.
The bus takes about 30- 45mins to town and is 33 kn per person. The bus takes you directly to the water front 'The Riva" therefore the same directions apply.
Please note a taxi from the airport will cost approximately 250Kn which will drop you off at the same spot as the Croatian airlines shuttle bus.
Split also has Uber.
