Our homely little hostel has a relaxed, fun atmosphere where people are warm and friendly. We welcome guests who have just arrived in Australia and are looking for work in fact, we offer free work assistance!
We've got free Wi-Fi, free local calls and free calls to Australian mobiles, making it easier for you to look for work or plan the next leg of your journey! There's also free parking, free breakfast, free tea and coffee all day and night, free DVD library, free late check-out and free BBQ on Sundays!!
Our hostel is in the lovely Sydney suburb of Balmain, only 10 minutes by bus from the city centre.
We've got some of the lowest rates in Sydney!
Reception is open 10am to 5pm, 7 days a week. Check-out: 11am. Check-in: 2pm. We are happy to arrange check-in outside of office hours, but only by appointment. Please email us to let us know if you'll be arriving outside of these times. We have a minimum 3 nights stay No Australians. For Xmas and NY see 'Hostel Conditions'

This place is a dive! Rooms are tiny, cold & damp (I was there in Spring). Loads of long-term people staying there cos it\'s cheap so their stuff is everywhere. Bathrooms dirty. Kitchen tiny, only regular fridges so not enough room to put your food in the fridge. No cups. Would not recommend to anyone, wouldn\'t stay there again.
