Sobre The Dancing Eesti
Direccion: 1 Vaike Karja street building 5, Tallinn, Estonia
The Dancing Eesti hostel is one of the few remaining independent hostels left in Tallinn, we think this is important as we put our guests needs first and Tallinn is now dominated by chain hostels.
Our hostel is owned by an Australian and run by Estonian locals, it is located in an old art noveau building that is one of the symbols of Tallinn, it has a bar located through a secret entrance and was used as a meeting point during the old Soviet times, because of this the building is heritage listed and so you are living in a bit of Tallinn legend, add to this the location that is truly in the heart of the city and a stones throw away from the town hall and you have the best hostel for fun and for discovering this world heritage listed city, the hostel also has an emphasis on common areas and getting guests to interact
For guests arriving before 10am or after 11pm please email the hostel ahead, the hostel always has a staff member around but during afterhours they are busy with other projects and need to be notified about arrival times
For people who want to learn and find out about Tallinn, the hostel has staff who can tell you all the ins and outs. One member of staff has written published articles on the city and another member teaches tour guides about the cities history, besides the pretty old town, Tallinn has much more to offer and our staff can show you the best secret places that tourists are not told about
Absolutely NO Stag Parties, guests booking with multiple bookings to sneak a stag party in will not be checked in, no matter the review or loss of money for the hostel, please use another hostel.

Private Twin rooms in the hostel vary from either being single beds for each person or a bunk bed for each person, in either case each person has their own bed to sleep in
Dear guests the average age of hostel guests is 22 the hostel has a lively atmosphere on weekends. The hostel only accepts guests under thirty on booking sites, due to poor reviews from older guests. People over thirty we like to have contact with first so we can decide wether they will like our hostel and fit in. Alternativley guests just needing a place to sleep on the weekends are advised to try the Sleeeping Maris hostel instead. The Dancing Eesti hostel is more for people who want to discover the city with us

It was awful. It was looks like a cave. But it was not a concept. It was really really likes cave!! My room's door was very old and it didn't work. Even i couldn't close my door. I couldn't lock the door...! I have been travelling in europe and this hostel was the worst hostel i have ever seen! erhan, from Turkey ~ 13th May 2013

My big gripe about this hostel is that there is black mold in the best shower/bathroom.Otherwise this hostel is good for a night or two.Tallinn is so small that an extra four blocks doesnt matter.A majority of the staff is friendly.Location is great. The building the hostel is in is older, could use some renovations.Showers are gross, no ventilation (or poorly placed) in one of them.
