For the amount of money you pay, there are definitely better places in Tulum to stay. The rooms are very small and you can hear noise from the street and other rooms. We were first given a standard room right by the entrance, but could hear everyone passing by the reception and the television from the room in front. We asked for a different room, but had to upgrade to a "suite", which was exactly the same size room just with a hammock on the outside. I wouldn't stay here again.
