Situado en un edificio de principios del siglo XIX, totalmente rehabilitado, mide 46 metros cuadrados y consta de 1 dormitorio con cama doble, y sal�n con sof�-cama, amplio balc�n y cocina equipada integrada. Segunda planta sin ascensor.
Equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia c�moda. (TV, DVD, Aire Acondicionado, Plancha, Secador de pelo, etc.)

There is no reception area. We will send you an e-mail to confirm with you the details of your arrival and thus ensure your check in and delivery of the keys.
For check-in after 22:00h.unil 1.00 there is a charge of 10 € per hour.
Check-out time is until 12 p.m. (If there is no other guest arriving on that same day, you will be allowed to stay longer.)
A cleaning charge of 40€ will be asked for only if you do not leave the apartment minimally ordered and clean.
