Elegant, spacious and comfortable apartment in a new farm, located next to the Garden-Rio Turia and next to the Historical Center.
It has three large separate bedrooms, one with twin beds and two with a double bed each. Also � n has two full bathrooms one with you � � bathroom was en suite and one with shower, handle as a modern fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.
The apartment has central air conditioning / heating and parking FREE.
Please note:
Check in time: 15h, if you need to enter before, let us know and we will try to adjust to your time, check in later than 21h, having a charge of 30 �.
Check out time: 11am, if you need to leave later, please let us know and we will try to adjust to that schedule.

Las llegadas están garantizadas a partir de las 15h, si desean llegar antes, rogamos nos los comuniquen cuanto antes, haremos lo posible para acoplarnos a sus horarios. Las salidas tienen que ser antes de las 11horas, si desean salir más tarde, avísenos, haremos lo posible para satisfacerles. Las llegadas después de las 21h tienen un recargo de 30€.
