We have not the only best location ever to Visit both the sections, The Giardini and the Arsenale....the hostel is located in between!!! Staying with us you can get the entrance ticket at only 13 euros for the bath sections instead of 20 euros!
Residenza Universitaria \'Maria Ausiliatrice\' is near the boat stop ‘Giardini’, close to the Biennale Pavillions, 3 minutes walk from the Giardini and 2 minutes walk from the Arsenal.
The Lido of Venice is two water bus stop away and San Marco square is just a minutes walking from the Hostel!!

This is hostel seems a bit far away from the train station at first but it actually only takes you ten minutes to walk to Piazza San Marco along the water which is great. The building seems to be a student residence that is converted into a hostel over the summer. Rooms are really good quality, very clean and with a closet you can lock to put all your belongings in. I booked a bed in a 5-bed dorm and got a double room to myself which was awesome. Unfortunately the place has no internet. Anne, from Germany ~ 15th Sep 2012

After a late arrival (1H30 AM) we were welcomed very poorly, 24 hours reception did not come with friendliness. We were provided only with a single sheet for two beds and had to reclaim the other one. Room were averagely clean. Hostel does not have any atmosphere at all. We were getting the impression to be alone in it. The only advantage is the location, which is really easy to find and in a good area (supermarket close by, wine bars, gardens,...)
