Estamos ubicados en el centro de la ciudad en el area del barrio chino. Todo esta muy cerca. Se puede caminar a la Casablanca, museos, restaurantes, cines, teatros, y el metro esta a dos minutos.
La estadia incluye servicio de internet gratis, habitaciones muy limpias con pisos de Madera. Hay habitaciones para acomodar un máximo de 4 personas. Las habitaciones tienen su bano privado, con refrigerador y microondas.
Direccion: 6ta calle Noroeste # 1110 (Cerca de la esquina de la 6calle y la L calle Noroeste).
Nota: Este es un muy buen vecindario, hay algunos edificios viejos que pronto serán un nuevo hotel para el centro de convenciones.
Este vecindario es considerado como historico pore so no hay un rotulo en nuestro edificio.
Comida: Hay rmuchos restaurantes a muy poca distancia. Caminando se llega en un minuto y al barrio chino en cinco o siete minutos.
Hay un supermercado y farmacia muy cerca. Caminando a tres minutos. Ahí encontrara todo lo que pueda necesitar.
Metros mas cercanos: la linea amarilla esta a tres minutes de distancia caminando. La parada es Mt. Vernon Square-Centro de convenciones
La linea roja esta a cinco minutes de distancia caminando. La parada se llama Gallery Place.
Our clean rooms include clean, new hardwood floors. Some rooms include a private bathroom. The dorm rooms are very secure, with combination door locks.
Facilities include a kitchen, free bedside cable internet and Wi-Fi, free continental breakfast, free computer usage, free rice and free phone calls to the US, Canada and 29 other countries.

From here you can walk to the White House, the Capitol, the convention centre, the free Smithsonian museums, restaurants, 14 movie theatres, Safeway, the pharmacy and the yellow line on the metro (just two minutes away).

We do not permit alcohol, drugs or smoking on the premises. No lit candles, matches or flames. No one shall enter the building under the influence of alcohol or other drugs. There is a $50 fine, with immediate payment, if a person has an alcoholic beverage in their possession or brings alcoholic beverages into the hostel. Payment is due upon arrival by cash or travellers' cheque. We do not accept credit or debit cards. Check-in: 12 noon. Check-out: 10am. Towels are available to rent for $2. Eating in bed is allowed; however, there is a $15 charge to replace sheets that are stained with food, such as mustard and ketchup. Pets are not permitted. Rates do not include taxes of 14.5%. No tipping. We have quiet time between 10pm and 8.30am. No loud talking, washing or drying of laundry may be done during this time. Ceiling lights in the dorms are turned off at 11pm unless all guests are awake and agree. Television sound is turned off at 11pm. Guests wishing to hear may use headphones. When using radios, games and other devices, guest must wear earphones, so as not to disturb others. If guests do not comply with these guidelines we reserve the right to deny accommodation at that moment.

Staff was very friendly but the facilities were a bit old and dirty. The shower had a snail and a few other bugs in it. eww! Also, the location of hostel is surrounded by abandoned buildings and just a sketchy few blocks, but about 5 blocks away it is very safe. The location is awesome. Everything is within walking distance and they provide many coupons for many stores and the host will tell you where to go and the special events during your stay. It's awesome! I like it. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends coming to dc shan, from China ~ 30th May 2013
