Local attractions include walks, swimming, sailing, kayaking, cycling, fishing and golf and it's just 8 kilometers drive to the local cinema. A short walk along the sea front and you find great cafes, village shops, railway station and the boating club bistro and bar.

If you have a car, van or motorbike there is plenty of parking next to the Lodge. The train from Wellington runs regularly to Plimmerton and the Intercity bus request stop is at Mana. We are happy to pick you up whenever possible, however we are not able to guarantee this so please contact us to check availability.
