XiaMen Baijiacun International Hostel en Xiamen, Chine

Xiamen Baijiacun International Hostel is located down town in Xiamen. The nearest tourist spots are Zhongshan Lu (Zhongshan Road), Gulangyu Island, Nanputuo Temple, Huandao Road (Ring Road), Botanical Garden, Bailuzhou Park (Egret Islet).

The hostel is situated in Baijiacun,a very old neighborhood of Xiamen. What you are going to see and experience in this 1-kilometer-long street is the miniature of whole Xiamen local life: locals, Xiamen-style buildings, special local snacks like Liyou Salted Duck, Linbian Fish Ball, Wu�s Dried Tofu, Ginger Duck.

Entering the hostel, you will be immediately attracted by two paintings of Fish Ladies by Ding Shaoguang inlaid on the red front wall. It is even more romantic the moment you push the gate open: the water lily is just waking up; PanPan, the white Garfield and LanLan, the blue cat are dozing on the swing; the flower bed in the front yard is made into a one-of-a-kind bar counter. The plant porch, the big balcony, the one-hundred-year-old tree, the Richard music, � everything is so perfect that you are probably already thinking of extending your stay.

We now have to set the door policy. A Pos (old ladies) from the neighborhood are even talking about making Kongfu tea in the yard everyday!
