Wulingyuan Zhongtian International Youth Hostel is close to the Baofeng Lake, south Wulingyuan Scenic Area. The natural scenery is very beautiful and it is situated only six minutes by bus from the Wulingyuan entrance of the Forest Park, with Yellow Dragon Cave on the west.
The Youth Hostel is surrounded by lush green trees, the bamboo shadow gently shaking, with birds twittering and the fragrance of flowers. It�s like a picture of a natural picture scroll. The Forest Park provides an abundance of fresh air. The Baofeng Lake is famed for its fountain, and travelers can take the boat to enjoy a variety of exotic flowers.
If you want to see the giant salamander; the Science & Technology Museum of Giant Salamander is only a 6 minutes walk away from the hostel.

Nice Hostel in Wulingyuan! Note: it is NOT near the Tianmen-National park, but near the Zjj-National park! Takes ~100RMB per Taxi to get there from train station, going by bus is a lot cheaper (12RMB). The hostel itself is very clean and well, staff doesnt talk english this good and doesn\'t offer advanced organization things like booking tickets. Fod was OK too. All in all you get a good hostel just 15mins from the major attractions around Zjj (excluding Tianmen NP) for a very good price. Andreas, from Germany ~ 1st Oct 2012
