We had a very enjoyable stay. The trips were well organised. Staff were very helpful. We arrived at 6:30 in the morning and as the room was available we were allowed to use it immediately, we really appreciated that. The use of a shower late in the afternoon of the day we were leaving was very welcome.

The staff were very friendly at Happy Land and you never got the feeling that you were being ripped off. They charged 2 LE for water, whereas you could pay up to 10 in the marketplace for it. We also had our laundry done by the hotel, it was quick (24 hour turnaround) and very cheap. While the rooms aren't fancy, they were spotlessly clean and there was hot water. Overall an excellent stay.
