Awful Place, unfriendly and unhelpful staff, extortionate sevices ie. 100 baht for 15 mins on internet for your own guests, when in shopping centre down road it's one tenth of the price. Very expensive breakfast, and all the staff seemed intent on prying money from westerners whenever you arrive or leave, rather than helping. For example, very keen to 'help' you go shopping, but no one offers to help with bags to rooms etc.
