the staff in the hostel was very rude, they didn't know how to explain how to get to the hostel, and the bus to the hostel leaves only 3 times a day and there r no other means of transport to the hostel, i recommend not to go to this hostel,i was very not happy

It is located in the village of Biassa at the southern terminus of the Cinque Terre. The village is hewn into the side of a forested mountain with splendid reviews of La Spezia. Perfect, quiet location to rest and relax. I will return.

This is an absolutely wonderful hostel. It's a train and bus ride away from the Cinque Terre, but in many ways it was nice to get away from the huge crowds and escape to charming, peaceful, tiny Biassa for the night. The bus to La Spezia was good and relatively easy to catch. Make sure to double-check the check-in times at the hostel though; when we arrived the office was closed and we had to wait to check in. All in all a lovely, friendly, clean and amazingly located hostel.

my first real hostel experience and it was great. PRIME location for visiting Cinque Terre. The hostel gave me free towels and they were so lax about the computer for internet there, you didn't have to pay most of the time. everything was very clean including the showers. Make sure to check out the local pizzeria down the alley across from the hostel. or go left down the main street outside fo the hostel and go around to the right, it's called "Aquilo." THE BEST pesto pizza and pesto calzone i ever had!

This is not in one of the villages, or even very close to it. You have to take a taxi, bus or a train to get to a starting point for the hikes. Buses and trains don't run all that frequently. This hostel does have a pretty view, though. Way up on a mountain. Only two restaurants within walking distance.
