A very functional place to stay - we wanted to sleep, and it got the job done. Rather more like a fairly crummy hotel than a hostel - there were no problems with the room, but at the same time it had no communal area, and felt like we didn't meet any other backpackers. Cheap and functional, but not very fun.

Great location. AC in room was broken. Staff seemed perpetually in a bad mood. If location is the most important thing - I'd recommend it - though the MTR makes it easy to get anywhere. Otherwise look elsewhere.

Nice, friendly and convenient hostel. Just a block from Sogo and 2 blocks from Times Square. Quite difficult to find from the address as there are no signboards at the entrance. Gives an impression of being illegally operated. But who cares anyway. It's directly above the taxi stand and near the MTR.
