It was great! I loved it there...the only thing is I wish they would've warned us about the drive to get there..It was in the cuts!..we thought we were never going to make it..Our taxi was not a 4X4 so we were a little worried, but we made it safely and had a great time. Best customer service from any hostel, best food, nice and peaceful..PURA VIDA!

The website does not do this place justice. Rinconcito Lodge exceeded our expectations. From the cozy cottages, to the beautiful setting, to the friendly staff - everything was absolutely amazing. We've traveled and stayed at many places and this was by far the best yet.

property was great but their relationship with hostels.com is shaky. They did not have our reservation when we arrived and had to stay in a substandard room the first night. Also, they did not credit us the deposit we gave you.. so we were double charged $9 USD.

this is the most beautiful place in the world-amazing views, working farm, kind staff, incredible fresh food, secluded, off the beaten path, low tourists, personal attention---the best part of my trip to costa rica! BUT!!! DO NOT PAY THE ONLINE RESERVATION FEE HERE AT HOSTELS.COM, the lodge had NO record of my hostels.com activity and I had to pay again, anyway
