This place is beautifully kept and very clean. The location really can't be beat; however, cheaps eats nearby can be hard to find. The hotel does serve a pretty good breakfast for 20 yuan, other wise skip eating here. The staff spoke amazing English and were very willing to help. Tours cost a bit more than other guesthouses in Chengdu, but not by much. This hostel's down fall is the lack of orangized fun. Would stay agian as it was nicer than a lot of hotels I have stayed in for a great price.

This was a great place to stay. Very relaxing and peaceful. They have a beautiful courtyard to eat breakfast or enjoy a cold beer. It is not a party hostel. I would stay there again anytime I'm in Chengdu.

A very unusual but excellent design with an old-style open courtyard. I was given an upgrade to a great room for very little extra and the price was still very cheap. Staff spoke excellent English.Recommend highly.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean and warm room. No common room though, and breakfast is outside in the courtyard however the weather. More hotal like than hostel, but it suited us fine. It is situated in a rather upmarket area, so you need to look / walk around a bit for cheaper food etc.

The hostel is located at a very local touristic street with many expensive restaurants and other shops. The cars were very noisy in the night.
