Was good, lots of free maps and close to all location... price is cheap considering vienna and the city center. Rooms were clean but reception was around the corner...

It was very bad. reception and rooms are miles away. staff are unfriendly. noisy place. dirty place. not enough toilets. bad administration. weird checkout system.

Room like a prison cell with lighbulb hanging from the wall! Bathrooms and toilets disgusting smelt of urine and no locks on bathroom doors! Given list of rules on arrival which was a joke considering the state of the place! Don't waste your money!
