The staff, location, cleanliness and security were perfect. The only thing about rooms is the heating system that the room was cold a little bit.

It's a pity that the internet connection did not work. But it is even worse that the staff and even the hotel manager did not take any steps to change that, even if a lot of people asked for internet. Given that internet access is advertised as a special feature of the hostel, the price was too high.
