The staff were unsurpassed in their friendliness - this was our first stop in Vietnam and it was wonderful to meet such lovely people.

The room is big and with free internet too. Happy about the location but at 0100am, I found that the staff sleep near the stairs... but no complain as the are very warm towards the guess.

The staff are really nice and friendly. The rooms on the top floor are also very good and clean. Breakfast also included. However, there is no elevatorl Strongly recommended for staying in Hanoi.

Mr. Binh, the hotel manager was treated us so well. He upgraded us to deluxe room upon arrival, the rooms were so nice and clean with computer equipped within the rooms without paying extra. The staff were friendly and cheerful. We really had a great time in Hanoi and Halong Bay!!!
