a bit far away from the city center but there's a lot of bus, even at night!

A bit far from the center, but good bus connection, the most beautiful view and would choose it again.

staff were really cool and helpful, the hostel is huuge with a big dining room and lots of tempting snacks. However, neither the free breakfast or dinner menu are proper food. ie. last resort!!! ie ie ie. dont bother!!! im sure its a lot more fun in the summer when theres more guests about ...and the locations is not as bad as peopel make out. i managed to WALK down to town in 15 mins...although id definately advise on getting the bus back up (unless you like heart attacks) overall. bes

The hostel has all sorts of rules, and they are very inflexible. The hostel is at the top of the hill, about a 30-min bus ride from the downtown, so it takes forever to get anywhere. They recycle the unused bread buns from breakfast to breakfast (seriously, there is even a sign saying to do so) and overcharge for dinner. Men and women are not allowed to go into each other's rooms. And everything is apparently videotaped. Don't stay here unless you want to be treated like a child.
