The staff is very helpful and can organize your excursion to the Terracota Warriors. You do have to go to 2 places before seeing the Terracota Warriors but you don't have to buy anything and you don't feel pressured to. Daphney was great in telling us places to eat and how to get everywhere. It's a great location for a hostel and great people.
