Nice staff, very friendly. Germany still allows smoking though, so could be an issue if it bothers you a lot. No problems in the rooms though, just the lobby. Very nice breakfast with lots of the European choices. As always in any city location, lots of street and U Bahn noise (there is a stop right in front of the hotel, which is convienient). But if you don't need the fresh air, it's pretty quiet if you shut the windows.

This place is located in a district with many many hotels but there are many many strip clubs around as well. however i think its ok.....not tat bad.

The breakfast buffet was great. The location was very central. It's close to both the train station and downtown Munich. The receptionist was very friendly and willing to help. The room was clean, and the electronic key cards were a pleasant surprise after having to stay in many older hotels in other cities where they still use physical keys.
