It was an extreamly nice hostel in a perfect location. Near the park and 10 min. walk from a funky street. I was pleasantly surpriced

This is the kind of place you want to get 30 of your friends to rent when you visit Berlin. The staff is off-site, but there's a fully stocked kitchen and noise really isn't a problem. There's a tram stop nearby and the Mitte district is a 15 minute walk.

The hostel is quite nice, the rooms are ok, and the bathrooms are sufficiently clean. The location is great!

We booked a two-ppl room for 20 euros a night, and the room was equipped with bathroom and two beds. The hostel is located northeast of Alexanderplatz by 3 tram stops or 25 min walking. Checking in and out is pretty difficult, as there is no one at the reception for the most of the time so we had to call one hour ahead of time and the owner did not speak English. There is no common room so it's practically impossible to meet other travelers but it felt like renting an apartment for a weekend with no one bothering you so it may not be a bad idea for couples.
