There was a staff member who was specifically helpful - front desk, dark hair, thin and pale. GREAT helper.

Very clean and in a great location. Not a lot of character, but it's a really good choice if you want a clean, relatively quiet place to stay in a central area.

I really love everything about this hostel, the staff is friendly & the monuments are in walking distance. Plus they have group tours provided by the hostel, best part its typically free. Only thing i have to say is that yeah the elevator runs a little slow & yeah i\'m sharing a room with 12 ppl. but the way the beds are situated it, its not as bad as i expected it to be. If your on a strict budget like i was when i stayed here, this is your place to spend the night
