This hostel was in a great location. The staff was very helpful with questions and wasnt pushy with their excursion deals like most places we stayed in while visiting Egypt. Thanks for the good time

The rooftop terrace was a great place to get away after a long day of sightseeing. The rooms were extremely dingy looking, were dull and boring (ours didn't even have a single window!!). However, the rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and were pretty clean. Breakfast was very good and filling. The staff were generally very helpful. Tours were fairly expensive and could probably be gotten cheaper if you organize them yourself (for eg. the horse carriage rides cost about 50 EGP per hour plus a

One of the best places I ever stayed around the world. It must be the best in Egypt by far. GREAT staff. Very honest, friendly and really helpful. Specially Hassan, which is to be trusted 1000% and can get your really good deals on tours. Omar on the service on the terrace (great place to stay, the terrace!) is also great. Very clean place. Free breakfast is a huge plus before exploring the city. Great location. Can walk everywhere or hire a bycicle from Hassan really cheap. I found great guests

rent car service is too expensive. the landlord seemed to want to use the situation that I travelled alone. I had to choose someone else to rent a car. The place is too noisy, can't fall asleep after 5am(near a mosque).

Rooftop terrace if fantastic. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Impeccibly clean. Yea for laundry service! Actually has hot water, something few and far between in Egypt.
