The sheets were stained, the room was filthy, and the bathroom was never cleaned. We spent as little time in the hostel as possible. But the staff were friendly.

Great location, right in town but the hostel is not well looked after. The room itself was fairly clean, although the beds were terribly uncomfortable and the airconditioners in the hallway make little difference in the rooms themselves. The bathroom wasn't cleaned at any point during my stay. I found the staff very matter of fact and rushed. I booked tours elsewhere.

As soon as we arrived we were upgraded to a double for no extra money, then we woke up the next morning to find we had been eaten alive by bed bugs, so the staff were amazing and upgraded us to a hotel room x x x
