Xiangzimen Youth Hostel is situated in the city center. It combines 2 different types of architecture, which has the character of Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty. It has around 400 hundred years history. Come to stay with us, you will not be disappointed!

Hostel had a lot of character and the traditional room we had was amazing. We found the reception and travel staff were extremely helpful and catered to all our needs. The night at the bar was pleasant meeting travellers from all over the world. The only downfall was the cigarette smoke that ruined our night in the bar, there was no ventiallation. KT n Azza (NZ)

It's a quite place which is near to xian city wall, convenient traffic. But if you don't like night life don't go here, noisy at night

We had a double room in the basement, with only a window towards the corridor...was a bit of a shame really!!! I was also quite disappointed by the staff in the restaurant/café...I always thought 6 waiters/waitresses should be more than enough to serve guests quickly and sufficient, but that doesn't seem to be the case here. Food was usually late and staff seemed to be puzzled with what was actually ordered..... The location is quite good, very close to the centre! The trip we booked to the Terracotta Warriors via the hostel was interrupted by several visits to tourist-stores...rather annoying!

Great Hostel, Wonderful helpful staff 24/7, they even organised our follow on trip! Could not ask for better. The 8 bed dorm was bright and spacious. The bar was great for meeting people and the Friday night dumpling party is a must! Definatly stay here again.
