Just one word to describe this place: GREAT!!! The hostel is really more like a hotel for young people. Everything is so new and clean. The rooms and especially the bathrooms are quite big and there is a TV with all the German TV programmes on every room. Downstairs you will find a typical German soccer table (Kicker) and a darts game to have fun with. The breakfast buffet is like in a hotel, too. Only negative thing they could improve on is the juice at breakfast. That's just water with some fruity colour. But if that's all... Why not stay here? You will definetely enjoy your stay!

I was very happy with the Aletto Jugendhotel! I stayed in a private room, which was just big enough with a very comfortable bed, good lighting, a desk, a full bathroom, and everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. It's not right in the center of things but it's very close to a U-Bahn stop, which makes it very convenient. It's definitely an excellent deal for the money.

One of the best hostels/hotels we've ever stayed in for the price. A little out of the way from the Hauptbahnhof and S-Bahn lines, though a U-Bahn runs just about a block away. Very clean, helpful staff, good breakfast, and quite a bit of entertainment available for those looking to lounge around a bit. Would definitely visit again.
