I love this place. I always stay there when in Chicago. Very easy going management, and it is in a quiet neighborhood.

The staff couldn't care about you or their property would never stay at another hostel as long as I live. How dare you promoate this place as being clean and friendly.

so faaaar from the center, like 30 min ride on the subway. you don't even get your own key, the room is open all the time! and dirty... the bethroom... yack!

went to chicago to catch wrigley field, never stayed in a hostel before but i was broke and figured what the hell. definitely better than what i expected- clean sheets, bed, etc and dorm-style rooms. Huge common area to hang out in. All in all a good to great hostel- if they're all like this, i may stay in hostels more often. bring your paperwork w/you because you never know which staff member you'll get, and a couple of them aren't too knowledgeable.
