The operators are family and very warm and caring. The location is great so handy for a run around Central Park, easy walk access to many museums, and a block from subway, buses all over the place. New York is mighty, and ok, this is east harlem but so far (3 nights) and booked another 3 I've been fine though take care anywhere.

Good safe place to be.Very close to the subway.A little noisy but we were so tired of visiting New-York and fell asleep immediatly.Santos made us feel OK.Airco, TV, refrigarator, freezer, shower...No problems, next time we go back.

Nice people, Nice staff.. close to subway.. on the down side 1 shower for 12 people = very cold showers, but still I would stay there again.

Cool staff. Located in East Harlem which looked a bit rough but we had no problems and there were some cheap convenience stores and good food in the area.
