VERY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! Unfriendly and inhostile. The braekfast is ridiculous. The location is good for all travellers arriving/departing by train but don't expect too much! they change your room whenever they want to. Hundreds of surveilance cameras in the hostal.

the location is very convenient. metro is just two minutes walk. but the hostel is very small and nosiy, and not very clean.the breakfast is bad. some stuff is not very friendly. they even didn't keep my reservation.

El Hostel, ha sido el peor de los que he conocido en Europa. La atención del personal es pesima. Había enviado varios correos 2 semanas previas y antes del viaje, informando que llegaría a partir de las 10:00 pm, pero nunca tuve respuesta. Y al llegar al hostel me habían cancelado la reserva igual sucedió con otros visitantes que no pudieron al final ser alojados en el hostel (que casualidad); además piden el pasaporte para entregar las llaves del hostel y a una huesped americano, no le encontraban su pasaporte (desorganizado). La gente corre en la madrugada, es muy bulloso y despersonalizado. He estado en Italia y españa los hostales son calidos, amables y respetan.

good stuff, quirky place, nice people, kind of dirty and dingy, and the food sucked but its like the perfect hostel experience. i would totally recommend

I only picked this hostel because it was close to my train station, but other than that, not one I'd recommend. One VERY BIG ANNOYANCE: if someone was already in the room, the staff would not give you a key, they would say, "There's someone in, just knock." Are you serious?
