We booked the inn over the internet from our hotel in Xi'an before we left, however we can only speak very basic Mandarin and therefore cannot communicate with local taxi drivers, we asked someone in our Xi'an hotel to write the name of the Green Tree Inn for us in Chinese. When we arrived at the train station we were told by taxi drivers that the hotel was too far away and none of them would take us there, therefore we had to go somewhere else! We later found out that the hotel was not actually far away at all, there must have been a mistake with the chinese characters, therefore I would recommend that on the reservation print out sheet you print the name of the inn and address very clearly in Chinese to help your customers.
